I have to say, West End Kids didnt look out of place among the likes of Mamma Mia, Chicago and the rest.
They might have been billed as the stars of tomorrow, but these kids are clearly already stars.
Yet again, they produced a classy, tight and punchy performance.

TESTIMONIALS
Find out what WEKs, WEK Parents, industry professionals and producers have to say about the West End Kids
The WEK: Training Program is perfect for ambitious, aspiring young performers aged 10-18yrs who show the potential to become the famous West End Kids of the future.
PROGRESSION ROUTES:
WEK: Training is the ideal preparatory course for the high profile West End Kids performance Company and into drama school, conservatoire or other higher education
AMAZING RESULTS:
West End Kids is a results orientated organization specializing in the coaching, mentoring and development of young performers in the genres of Musical Theatre, Pop & RnB.
To date, many of those who have participated in the WEK: Training program have been promoted to the main West End Kids Company, often within a short period of time. At present just under 50% of the West End Kids are made up of those who have been promoted through the WEK: Training Program.
West End Kids is widely acknowledged as being the most successful training programme for young, keen performers - bringing about dramatic results in virtually all of those taking part.
West End Kids is also heavily focussed on getting you into the first choice performing arts college or university of your choice which the majority of West End Kids secure with ease.
The West End Kids are known and respected throughout the industry for producing young performers who are the most professional, dedicated and capable - and that includes when WEK's are compared to students of full-time theatre school.
If you have the dedication to work hard on your skills, we can assure you that you will thrive within the highly challenging environment of West End Kids.
FUN FAMILY OF FRIENDS:
West End Kids provides you with an opportunity to join a fun family of friends all of whom share your passion, ambition and dedication. The bonds that are formed are strong and last a lifetime. In a recent survey of WEK members; 94.3% of West End Kids said that WEK was the most enjoyable theatre company they'd ever been part of. Something special is created when you bring together a group of young performers all of whom share the same common interests, level of ability, passion, commitment and dedication. It is unique family of friends that has made West End Kids such a popular success amongst ambitious young performers.
AN AWESOME CHALLENGE:
Almost all West End Kids come to us from the same background. They currently attend a theatre school or youth theatre Company and feel that they are not being challenged enough. This means they become frustrated and bored - knowing that they are capable of achieving higher standards and better things, but are unable to do so because of the mediocre ability of others in their class. This can never be said of West End Kids - and this is one of the main reasons why WEK is the most popular choice for ambitious young performers. You can guarantee that, however big your talent - you will find the toughest performing challenge of your life within West End Kids - that is a certainty.
We've always found that really dedicated young performers love to work hard at what they love doing. Above average dedication and enthusiasm deserves above average support, encouragement and coaching and that is the main benefit for all West End Kids.
If you have ambition, desire, hunger, determination, passion and talent for the performing arts - then you have met your match with West End Kids!

SHEENA SERVICE (Parent of West End Kid, Annie Service)
West End Kids have given Annie so much in so many different areas of performing. Her confidence in singing and dancing has grown to heights we never thought possible. The quality and professionalism of the teaching in both singing and dancing is exceptional and there is huge committment from both the kids, parents and especially Martin and Emma.
Annie cannot wait for Sundays to see all the lovely friends she has met through WEK and to learn the next set of songs and dance. The experiences she has gained through the Reviews,West End Live, the 02 and other performances is brilliant for somebody so young. It has become a massive part of her life and no matter how much she has on, she practises WEK every single day. There is a lot of hard work involved but Annie finds this a great challenge! Everyone knows you're only as good as the previous term so they all work really hard and have so much fun along the way.
One of the best things about WEK is that you know exactly where you stand each term. The reports at the end of each term are constructive and give the kids great direction. The fact that you have to audition to get in and it's not all about just accepting people who are willing to pay, makes all the difference. WEK is very different from your local drama or dance clubs.
The type of kids that WEK attracts are all supportive of each other and encourage each other along each step of the way and Martin and Emma nurture this attitude.
I have watched the transformation in Annie for over two years now and it never fails to amaze me when I watch them all perform together.
West End Kids is great for kids who want to succeed in performing arts. There could be no better training out there than what WEK provides. When they perform you can feel the excitment and fun oozing out of each one of them. It's such a pleasure to watch! Over the last two years I have seen so many of the kids grow and become so professional and confident. I watch with amazment every time I see them perform and hear them sing.
I am extremely proud that Annie is part of West End Kids.
I could not imagine a time when Annie is not in WEK, it's become part of our family!
JULIE COX (Parent of West End Kid, Haydn Cox)
As parents of a young male performer we have found what sets West End Kids apart is its unique approach in preparing him in his pursuit for a career in performing arts and the rigours of the industry ahead.
In addition to the unparalleled level of choreographic and vocal training he now receives at WEK he has also gained a mature level of professional conduct understanding. This is as a result of WEK setting its student expectation levels similar to that of professional working practice and encouraging him to take his own responsibility for striving to reach its unique goal of industry-level attainment objectives in his approach both on and off stage.
As parents we think this is a vital approach as the young performer that trains elsewhere and perhaps unfortunately doesnt learn this fundamental WEK discipline, risks not having a full appreciation of professional industry requirements.
As a result, we believe this distinguishes the WEK student from those elsewhere that risk adopting a blasé attitude by missing rehearsals or turning up late for example. We want him to do well, and therefore embrace the fact that WEK has zero tolerance towards lack of discipline of this type. This may seem harsh to some, but we think it is necessary if our son is to succeed in an industry that is highly competitive. To this end are proud that he also embraces this need to act professionally in all these areas, each week, as part of his ongoing participation of the WEK experience and preparation for the industry.
So choosing to enrol him was easy, however WEK is much more a way of life and not to be confused with being an easy option by any means. The faculty expectations are the highest we have encountered and demanding. The volume of material the students learn each term is as extensive as it is wide, and requires dedication and lots of focus. The results of all that hard work however have really to be seen, as words cannot convey the level of professionalism we have seen in WEK performances. Superlatives do not adequately describe the sheer vitality on display or convey the variety and volume of material presented each term.
In respect of communication we think its vital parents be kept informed of progress and to this end the WEK faculty prepare a full and comprehensive progress report on our son each term, containing a complete assessment, which we value as part of his record of attainment.
Overall, we feel that WEK offers the best complete holistic environment for the pre-graduate student in which to learn the business of show to be found and as parents we have never been more proud of our sons achievements than knowing he is part of the WEK troupe both on and off stage.
As WEK continues to strive for excellence in its celebratory 10th year we would just like to add - Thank you West End Kids for inspiring by example.
MILLIE CAFFULL (West End Kid, promoted from WEK: Training)
