WEK: Management currently exists as a free service to all young performers involved in West End Kids projects. We believe in providing the very best in opportunities for all West End Kids. WEK: Management exists to provide audition and casting opportunities relating to professional work, helping West End Kids to either get their first taste of professional experience, or to continue building experience in preparation for a future career.

WEK: Management does not charge administration fees or take commission from earnings! It's simply our way of helping the West End Kids gain experience, allowing them to put into practice all of the great skills they learn during their time with WEK.
