WEK: Training is the new group for those who are almost ready and show the potential to become West End Kids in the near future. WEK auditions hundreds of young performers each year, and only a very small percentage of them are offered places in the exclusive main West End Kids Company. Now you have the chance to improve your skills, work with the West End Kids creative team, and make sure you secure your place as a member of the main West End Kids Company. Here is some further general information about WEK: Training :- FAST-TRACK INTO THE MAIN WEST END KIDS COMPANY: WEK: Training is the main path to becoming a member of the exclusive main "West End Kids" Company. Those who are enrolled in the WEK: Training programme are coached by the resident West End Kids creative team in exactly the same way and format as the main WEK Company. The main difference is that we are able to work at a pace that is most suitable for you, and spend more time with you individually to prepare you for a place in the main Company. Once you have been accepted onto the WEK: Training programme, you will not need to audition again for West End Kids, you will be automatically "promoted" when we feel that you are ready for the challenge and standard of work. AUDITIONS: Acceptance into WEK: Training is by audition. There are two sets of auditions that West End Kids hold. Click here to audition for WEK: Training 1) Main WEK auditions: This is where we are holding general auditions for young performers to join both the main WEK Company and WEK: Training. If you are not successful in obtaining a place in the main company, you may be offered a place in WEK: Training if we feel that you are "almost ready" for a place in the main company. 2) Weekly WEK: Training auditions: You can register to audition for WEK: Training via the website, and auditions are held every Saturday. If you are successful - you will be invited to join WEK: Training the following week. One of the main advantages of taking part in WEK: Training is that you do not need to audition again for a place in the main Company. You are constantly coached and assessed as part of the training Company, and automatically invited to join the main Company when we feel that you are ready.
